This is a pic of me at 160 lbs. I'm back on track with my job's fitness program after a year full of setbacks. If you want to join the fun I'll be in the gym before shift with my gal pal "the drill sergeant" getting our fit on.  Don't worry, the funny shit that happens along the way will be another chapter for the book.
